"If this site is so massive, will it be too big for me?"
That's a great question and one I have an answer for.

I took great care in making sure there are easy to follow workouts for everyone. As of today there are 43 different sites. If you're an athlete, just choose your sport, start and Day 1 and follow the program. All the guesswork is taken out of the equation.
If you want to lose weight, choose a site and just follow the program. For example, Alwyn Cosgrove's site has all of the workouts done in order just simply follow along.
We will also have a private forum so you can ask trainers any specific questions about the workouts too.
Plus we are going to have special teleseminars and webinars for members so you can interact with our experts.

By having our 100% focus be entirely on workouts, there is much less clutter than what you'd find on a typical site.
Everything is straightforward and easy to follow. I cut out all the fluff and give you the meat - just the workouts.
